Terms for AT&T service availability, quotation, order facilitation, account support, and related MyCRM services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sales assistance, quotation, AT&T order facilitation, account coordination, customer support, equipment coordination, consulting, and related services provided by My CRM LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of California, EIN 871699479, with its principal business address at 1020 N BATAVIA ST, Orange, CA 92867 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

MyCRM Role

MyCRM acts as an independent channel partner, sales intermediary, authorized retail-support provider, and account-support provider for selected third-party Providers of Record, including AT&T where MyCRM is authorized to market or facilitate applicable services.

Unless a Service Order expressly and accurately states otherwise:

a. MyCRM does not own or operate AT&T's telecommunications or broadband network;
b. MyCRM is not the Provider of Record for the underlying internet, broadband, telephone, wireless, or related service;
c. the Provider of Record supplies and maintains the Provider Services;
d. the Provider of Record retains technical and operational control over its network, facilities, service availability, installation, maintenance, routing, equipment, billing, and network-management practices;
e. MyCRM assists customers in selecting, ordering, activating, coordinating, and supporting Provider Services;
f. MyCRM may receive commissions, residual compensation, sales incentives, or other compensation from a Provider of Record; and
g. MyCRM does not guarantee that a Provider of Record will accept an order, approve credit, install service, meet an estimated activation date, or continue offering a particular plan.

Provider Terms

Provider Services are governed by the applicable Provider Terms, including customer agreements, terms of service, acceptable use policies, privacy policies, broadband consumer labels, network-management disclosures, equipment terms, promotional conditions, and other provider-specific terms presented in connection with an order.

Availability and Promotions

Service availability, speed, pricing, promotions, taxes, fees, equipment, installation, credit eligibility, and final order acceptance are determined by the Provider of Record. Promotional creative displayed on this website is informational and subject to the offer terms, availability limits, eligibility requirements, taxes, fees, and changes stated by AT&T or the applicable Provider of Record.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service-location information, consent records where applicable, and any information needed to evaluate availability, prepare a quotation, submit an order, or support an account.

No Network Warranty

MyCRM does not warrant the operation, availability, speed, quality, security, or performance of Provider Services. The Provider of Record is responsible for technical delivery of the applicable service, subject to the Provider Terms.

Trademarks

AT&T and related names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. MyCRM uses provider names solely to identify services that MyCRM may be authorized to market, facilitate, or support.
